I’ve been tagged

2 05 2008

Well…Hot Damn.  G. Mo tagged me.  I’m still fairly new to the blogging game so I’ve never done this before.  I was taking the week off from blogging.  Work, physical therapy, and socializing has been kicking my behind.  I guess my break is over.  Here goes nothing…

The rules are as follows:

-Link the person who tagged you.
-Mention the rules in your blog.
-Tell about 6 unspectacular quirks of yours.
-Tag 6 following bloggers by linking them.
-Leave a comment on each of the tagged blogger’s blogs letting them know they’ve been tagged.

Let the games begin…

1.   I cut my hair almost every day.  Seriously.  I’m obsessed.  If it doesn’t curl or lay right…I just snip snip snip.

2.   I usually don’t remember movies after I watch them.  Watching a movie twice is like watching it again for the very first time.

3.  On the other hand, I’m like Rain Man when it comes to music.  I amaze myself and others with the stuff I can recall.  I can sing a song that I haven’t heard in 20 years without thinking about it.  The words just come out on their own.

4.  I almost joined the Air Force in 1999.  Two things stopped me:  The overly flirtatious AF recruiters that kept hitting on me that day and finding out that they make you wear goverment issued *BCGs instead of your own glasses or contacts.  Call me Superficial, but I was NOT wearing those.  My awkward childhood was torture enough.

*Birth Control Glasses

5.  I love fashion, but I hate shopping.  I look at clothes and think “I can make that”, but I never do.  Then later on I complain that I have nothing to wear.  When I do feel like shopping I can never find anything I like and my money just burns a hole in my pocket.

6.  I’m super sentimental.  Over the years I’ve saved tons of letters, birthday cards, and anything else handwritten.  I even have the notes that my BFF and I used to pass in class and in the hallways.  I like to reminisce and laugh at how goofy and boy crazy I was back then.

Now I’m tagging the following victims:

Tash

Nina

SavvyFatty

Cindy D
