The Giants Won!!!! Woot!

Supe.r B.owl XLI.I was soooo boring. And then suddenly…the Patriots decided to start playing. In the 4th quarter. A little too late. Although I’m a Steelers/Redskins fan, I’m thrilled the Giants upset the Patriots. Eli Manning played a great game. He tried much harder than Tom Brady did.

Though visibly nervous, Jordin Sparks did a phenomenal job singing The Star Spangled Banner. You go, Girl!

The commercials were pretty decent. Did you see Naomi? Miss Thing is the baddest supermodel in the game. Hands down. Then and Now. She was looking fierce in the Sobe LifeWater Thriller commercial.

Of all the commercials these were my faves…

• American Idol featuring my man, Big Ben singing that Pina Colada song - Go Steelers!

• All of the Bud Light ones. Especially the one featuring Jackie Moon…err…Will Ferrell - Typical Will. Typically funny.

• FedEx with the carrier pigeons - Loved it!

• Pepsi with Justin Timberlake - Duh!

• Budweiser with the clydesdale and dalmatian - I’ve always been a horse lover and you know I love the dals. The high five at the end was too cute.

• Toyota Corolla with the ferocious badgers - Yikes!

• NFL one about Chester Pitts - Corny but cute.

• Diet Pepsi Max inspired by Night at the Roxbury - Wake Up, People. It works!

• Tide to Go with the Talking Stain - I can totally relate to fixating on something that’s just.not.quite.right.

The dumbest…

• GoDaddy.com with Danica Patrick and the Beaver - You had to see it online. Not worth it.

• Bridgestone with Richard Simmons and others - Didn’t get it at all.

• Icebreakers with Carmen Electra - Who wrote that? Seriously.

• Vitamin Water with Shaq as a jockey- Huh?

• Victoria’s Secret - Adriana Lima just sat there looking all hot and gorgeous. It might as well have been a Go Daddy ad.

(Hate her! LOL.)

The grossest…

• Careerbuilder with the heart jumping out the lady’s chest - Eew. Nobody wants to see that. I thought it was her implant.

• E*Trade with the stock buying baby that throws up in the end - Self explanatory.
